Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Courtesy Screening ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Courtesy Screening provides the following services:

• Pool enclosure design, construction, and installation
• Screen room and patio enclosure construction
• Concrete work including driveways, walkways, and patios
• Elite room construction with solid roofing
• Paver installation and fire pit construction
• Screen enclosure repair and maintenance
• Fencing installation and repair
• Related outdoor construction services

All estimates and quotes provided are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
• Subject to site inspection and final measurements
• Based on standard materials and construction methods
• Exclusive of permits, which will be obtained at additional cost
• Subject to change if project scope or specifications change

Payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit required upon contract signing (amount varies by project)
• Progress payments due at specified milestones
• Final payment due upon project completion and customer approval
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Financing options available through approved partners

We will obtain all necessary building permits and approvals required for your project. Permit costs are additional and will be specified in your contract. Customer is responsible for any HOA approvals or special assessments that may be required.

We provide the following warranties:

• 5+ year structural warranty on all construction work
• 1 year warranty on workmanship and materials
• Manufacturer warranties on all materials and components
• Warranty coverage excludes damage from acts of nature, misuse, or normal wear
• Warranty service requires proper maintenance by customer

Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate property information and access
• Obtain any required HOA or special approvals
• Maintain clear access to work areas
• Protect personal property during construction
• Make timely payments as specified in contract
• Perform recommended maintenance on completed work

Our liability is limited to the contract price of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by customer for the specific project in question.

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

Any changes to the original contract must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Change orders may affect project timeline and cost. Additional work will be charged at our standard rates unless otherwise agreed.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Flagler County, Florida.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
