5-Year Structural Warranty

Courtesy Screening provides a 5-year limited structural warranty on all screen enclosures

engineered and built to 135 MPH wind load rating.

Florida’s minimum requirement is 125 MPH, and we proudly exceed that standard.

This warranty ensures the workmanship and structural integrity of our builds. It is not an

insurance policy and does not cover external damage or misuse.

What’s Not Covered

Any damage not covered under warranty (e.g., from storms, falling debris, tree branches, or

accidents) may still qualify for a 50% courtesy discount on repairs — subject to change at our

discretion.

Manufacturer Warranties

Courtesy Screening uses high-quality materials from EAGLEVISION and EMS, each backed by

its own manufacturer warranty.

These warranties protect your screen material investment, while Courtesy Screening extends

labor coverage to stand behind our craftsmanship.

If Courtesy Screening were to cease operations, customers can still file a claim directly with the

manufacturer through our website using the appropriate warranty link.

EAGLEVISION Fiberglass Screen

• 5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

• Courtesy Screening matches with 5 years of material and labor coverage

• Warranty must be registered within 30 days of installation using the

EAGLEVISION warranty card provided by Courtesy Screening

• Failure to register within the 30-day period may void manufacturer warranty

coverage

EAGLEVISION Poly Screen

• 10-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

• Courtesy Screening matches with 10 years of material and labor coverage

• Warranty must be registered within 30 days of installation using the

EAGLEVISION warranty card provided by Courtesy Screening

EMS Fiberglass Screen

• 5-Year Warranty (Material & Labor – matched by Courtesy Screening)

• Manufacturer warranty covers material only; Courtesy Screening includes labor

coverage

UltraScreen Polyurethane Screen

• 10-Year Warranty (Material & Labor – matched by Courtesy Screening)

• Manufacturer warranty covers material only; Courtesy Screening includes labor

coverage

Note: Manufacturer warranties (EAGLEVISION / EMS) do not include labor.

Courtesy Screening extends full labor coverage to support our workmanship and customer

satisfaction.

Exclusions

These warranties are not insurance policies and do not cover damage caused by:

• Falling branches or debris

• Pets or pests

• Pressure washing

• Accidents or misuse

• Acts of God or extreme weather

Spline Warning

Any enclosures constructed with round spline (using either fiberglass or polyurethane screen)

will only carry the manufacturer warranty.

Courtesy Screening does not provide additional labor or structural coverage for round spline

systems, as they do not meet our durability standards.
